Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt by completing a return form to help us process your request more efficiently.
Return Conditions:
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unused.
• Items should not show signs of wear, perfume, or cosmetic stains that indicate use.
We reserve the right to reject a return if the items do not meet these conditions.
Return Procedure
1. Please download and complete the return form:

2. Complete the form by providing:
• Order number
• Name and quantity of items you wish to return
• Reason for return (optional)
3. Send the completed form and photos of the items to info@zefirstudios.com
We will process your return request within 24 hours and send you return instructions. Please retain the tracking number for your return shipment.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If this is not possible, a store credit or gift card will be provided.
• Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, processing takes 5-7 business days, and funds will be credited within an additional 4-6 business days.
Note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable if the return is due to a personal reason.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective items.
• We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order. If you are concerned about the availability of the item, we recommend placing a new order while your return is being processed.
Returns for Defective Items
We carefully inspect items before shipping, but if you find any defect or damage, please notify us within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement item for you.
In the case of a confirmed defect, we cover all return costs, including shipping. Please include photos or other proof of the defect in your email to info@zefirstudios.com
Examples of defects include:
• Fabric flaws
• Unfinished or torn seams
• Broken hardware
If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
In the event of a confirmed loss or theft of the package, we are happy to send a replacement order. Please contact us at info@zefirstudios.com and provide:
1. Order number
2. Tracking confirmation showing the loss or theft
3. Any additional information that can expedite the process
We will handle your request promptly and arrange a replacement order. If a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund or store credit.
Sale Items Exclusions
Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless confirmed defective.
International Returns
At this time, we accept returns only from European Union countries. All return costs, including shipping and any customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your return is delivered directly to our warehouse at the address below.
